I have some middle aged person advice (Is 38 middle aged?). I will always miss a programme when doing something more exciting. Also don't watch that much. Don't turn TV on until 2030. Always enjoy life, it is your only one.

Well then, my advice would be to stay in bed until your muscles waste away!! What am I supposed to say. Life is shit some times, but it could be a whole lot worse. I see (sorry to nag a bit here) but I do see some real tragic, upsetting cases and it makes you realise that life is for living and making the most of what you've got right here and now. You've had an operation it will hurt - was it a James Bond movie - 'the pain makes you feel alive' or somehting like that, you'll have to ask Duncan for confimation. Don't cut back on the drugs too much, take them on a regular basis.
