A Chore?

I know I know I just said I'd leave you alone but then something occured to me. Television was first made to show news, important events and things to entertain you right? Well I have to ask, do you think today, sometimes, this activity appears more as a chore than a lesuire?

Take for example, if you had been watching a series, it would be annoying to miss a part so even if the only thing you want to do is have a nice mug of hot chocolate and curl up in your bed you have to sit in front of the television and watch your stupid show. This then becomes more of a chore than a lesuire and you don't enjoy what you're seeing.

I just wondered if anyone else had noticed this new level of stupidity human beings have risin too, because being at home I seemed to have notcied this.

New Things and Christmas...

Well well well here I am again...

I changed the layout of my blog as you may have noticed because I find this cooler. Don't you just think it's wonderful?

I also noticed that my friend Jessica has started a blog, so I'm following that because she makes me laugh. Even though I assume I shall be there for some of the events she describes.

Then there's the whole, I have a follower who actually doesn't know me personally thing which made me smile.

And today I got my bandages taken off and I got to peer at my lovely scars. Eww. No they're not proper scars yet and they're still swollen but don't worry they will be. Well I just realized how sick that made me sound, they will be. God my mind is messed up. I'm sure Agent X (to give Jess a completely random codename) will see the funny side in that.

Anywho I was politely surprised today when I got many reviews for a story I have been writing. It made me smile as people really seem to like what I find pathetic ramblings. On the site I go by a codename which Agent X would also find funny but that is another story for another day. Anyway basically the codename means you shall never find me.

Well...I found that Christmas is coming and I have no idea what to get for anyone. If you have ideas please comment because that would greatly help me :).

Double also... Misfits is showing on E4 at the moment and it's like cool...so you should watch it. Even online if you don't get E4 because it's awesome!

Anywho...I think I shall go now because I'm kind of like...tired.

Goodbye my lovelies.

ESCAPE THE FATE ON FRIDAY! WOOOH!!!

A plithery of events...

So I wouldn't exactly call it a plithery but a lot of stuff that happened. By the way I cannot spell plithery to save my life.

Okay, so apparently I make people laugh. I'm glad to know that people across the world find laughter from my suffering.

Now that's done.

I went out this week. YAY ME! *Clears throat* Anyway, I went out this week, after the drenching incident, to a gig. Then from the awesomely amazing DragonForce gig that my awesomely amazing brother Duncan got me freebies too I stayed round my friend Jess's. Then I went from there to work with her during the day, (Which basically consisted of visiting a load of randomers houses because she cleans them with her mother), and we were meant to go to the cinema in ashford. Well that was fun. We got there and all the tickets to the movie we wanted to see were sold out. Although I don't know how we expected it not to be as it is New Moon. So I don't think I'll be able to see that before it comes out on DVD because I spent the money bowling instead. That was a laugh and a half I can tell you.

But backing up a little, I can not for the life of me remember who was on before DragonForce but they were AWESOME! Just had to get that across. I will so be listening to more of their music. DragonForce was amazing but we only got to see a little of it because Jess's mother couldn't wait for it to finish before taking us home, that would of meant sitting in the car for like three hours. And that was a no no.

Anywho...I then went bowling the next night. Well that was fun. I came third out of four of us :(. The whole bowling process was quite weird I suppose. I walked over to the line and stood waiting for Jess who would carry over a ball. I would then give her my right crutch and take the ball, attempting to throw it and actually knock over some pins before having to quickly grab my other crutch and wait for Jess to bring another ball which I would then throw at the remaining pins before hobbling back to my seat. One of the best parts of the night must have been that the score board mocked you. If it got in the gutter or you missed the spare it would actually come up as little animations of pins evading the ball in different ways.

Then of course when we left the bowling alley, not only did Jess steal her shoes because she found another pair and wanted hers. But she also let go of me.

I was in my wheelchair and we were exiting the automatic doors but they continued to close on Jess so she let go of me and I went whizzing towards the main road screaming like a banshee, it not occuring to my I can stop myself with my new self propelling wheelchair. Lucky my friend Pairs was their to grab me.

And I must not forget the busses. I was on the bus both times with my breaks on pressed up against the backrest as you should be but somehow I managed to go skidding out of control when the bus took a bad corner. I nearly gave Jess a heart attack I'll tell you. I just laughed. It was quite funny.

She deserved the scare anyway as the night before she slammed my fingers in the car door as I was trying to get in and barely missed breaking my knuckles. No harm done though as my mother opened the door eventually. I swear, how you can scream "OPEN THE DOOR!" ten times at people before they understand one of them needs to open the door is beyond me.

Also there was the splits moment. I was walking inside and my shoes and crutches were wet so when I put them on the floor they slid out from under me and I ended up doing the splits slightly. I was nowhere near all the way down but not being able to move my leg like that without serious pain I hadn't done it for a while and let me tell you it REALLY hurt.

Actually it's been raining a lot lately so my crutches have slipped quite a bit. I think I've put a little bit of weight on my foot a few times but it can't be helped. I'm sure I'll feel it if something is wrong.

Basically that's what's happened with me.

Oh! I had my bandages changed and the horid-ness of the wound by my pelvis made me want to blow chunks. The stench and look...just gahstly. I wish I could leave the picture but it's on mothers phone so I don't have it yet. I will make sure to get it though. Right now I will leave you the pictures from my hair dying nightmare and the gig. Because I'm nice :).

So that was the gig. Just a side note none of the pictures are in order and DragonForce is not on the stage in any because we were too into the music by that point to take pictures. Same for the one band that really got the crowd going the bands onstage are Glamor Of The Kill and a random band whose name I do not know O.o

The hair disaster.

A random photo in which I am in my new top which I talked about AGES ago.

So I shall be back soon my lovelies until then. Goodnight.

P.S. A quote that is helping me recover - "Healing takes courage, and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little to find it." Tori Amos.

P.P.S - Something you might find amusing. I danced around my room to 'I am the one and only' yesterday swinging my crutches in the air and standing on one leg when I managed to get myself out of bed and to the toilet. My mother hand to help me back into bed but that is a different matter altogether and does in no way take away from my achievement.

Drenched :(

So yesterday was Saturday here in jolly old. I can tell you now I was not Jolly. I don't think anyone was Jolly. I went out with my friends in my wheelchair because obviously I had nothing better to do and I'd been cooped up in hospital for six days so I wanted to go out :). Well we went out and had a boring yet nice time until it started to rain, and when I say rain I mean pour and when I say pour I mean imagine giants throwing buckets of water on us relentlessly and you've got it. The houses at the bottom of my road were flooding there were little rivers running down the streets and there were 60-70mph winds. So yeah not the best first day out. I got soaked through, my friends had to push me through rivers to get up to the house. When I came in I was dripping water everywhere as were my friends. It was rolling off us.

Apart from that though...

Today I found this My Life As A Movie Soundtrack thingy and you have to put your Ipod on shuffle, press next so the first song is random and not the one you were listening to then write down the name of the song next to the first part of the list. Then you press next again, don't listen to the whole song because then it takes aaaggggeesss! And it's not you making your life lol. Seriously though I pressed next on every song and just wrote it down. I'll give you my list in a sec. It worked quite well, some of the songs you have to think about relating to the thing but apart from that it's okay. Oh and sometimes you might have to think about the beat rather than the actual song but listen to the words of most :). I swear I didn't cheat I just literally wrote down what the song that came on was. So look at mine and then have a go yourself. If you don't have an Ipod try just using your songs on the computer because I know windows media player has a shuffle option....or mine does :) anyway...

Here: My Life As A Movie Soundtrack

Home Sweet...Oh Shove It!

I suppose everyone thought the title to this would be the age old saying 'Home Sweet Home'. At the moment I think 'Home Sweet.....Oh Shove It!' covers it better. I could of said 'home sweet home' but what a lie that would be. I mean you get home, you're in pain and you're family are onto you to move more than anyone else. Now before you start saying "The more you move the better it'll get." I think it's only fair to let you know if that's said I'll grab you, pull your tongue out and shove it where the sun don't shine. Maybe it's the temper coming out in me or maybe it's the frustration. All I know is that if I hear that one more time people will die.

Now because inside I generally am a nice person I'll tell you why I feel this way, imagine: You're a fourteen year old girl, not only have you just had a major operation on your hip but you have then learned to walk again and been in some 'I didn't know this type of pain existed out of child birth' type pain but this has occurred all in the space of seven days. You were not very forewarned at all about what the aftermath of the operation would be like and oh yes...now you're home your dad keeps saying you could of been out earlier and your mum keeps telling you that you must move more, no matter going up and down the stairs 50 times the first day you're home. Also you need help to the toilet by you're mother which means she's seen your bajingo. Then there's always the chance one day she'll be out and you're dad will have to do it, god forbid. Oh and lets not forget the annoying older brother making cracks about you doing things you obviously can't. Then you can't get comfortable no matter what, you can't lift you leg or butt on your own properly and you can't bend your knee properly. Then there's the added bonus that you sleep all curled up in a ball and you can't because you can't turn yourself over.....Oh and to top it all off, not only are you trying to cut out the pain killers and only have them before you sleep so you can go to bed but you've just come on your period so you feel sick and crampy and need to use the loo a hundred times a day. So yeah at the moment you feel in tip-top shape...not.

Anyway there was this one funny nurse at the hospital called Mark that used to bring me my pain killers and if I could of moved I fear I would have attacked him at some point although he was a lovely, funny guy.

Apart from this lot my first day home has been quite good, watched a film. Now I'm going to try and get comfortable to get some sleep. Ha that'll take me a good couple of hours.....maybe I'll pass out from exhaustion.

And really if I get a comment saying anything along the lines of:

1. Smile through the pain.
2. Focus on your breathing.
3. It'll get better.
4. The more you move the easier it will become.
5. I'm sure it's not that bad.
6. Oh you poor thing.

I'll kill someone, probably the comment sender. Really I don't need sympathy. I need a good old fashioned:

Sucks to be you.

Please...

Townlings

Well today my friends and I went to town we were townlings. It's been a weird day. I woke up at 9:30 on the dot but stayed in bed until 10:00 because I'm lazy like that. Then I got up and took like an hour to eat cereal. No I kid you not. One hour.

How?

Well I'll tell you. I let the dog in and it attacked me for about twenty minutes and this is a problem because my dog is very hyper. So anyways I'm pouring my cereal and I get a text. Well my text sound is a very loud "DING DONG!" so obviously I jumped and spilt it so I had to finish clearing that up.

Then I actually got the bowl and poured the milk in but my friends kept texting me so I had to keep stopping but eventually I finished so anyway by now it's like 11:00. So I brushed my teeth and hair and had a wash then I shaved my legs, got dressed and put on my make up. Now it's like 11:30. We were meant to be meeting at one. So I didn't do anything except listen for music until 12:30. Then I was about to walk to the bus stop and check the times, go to the shop and wait for the bus but my friend told me we're meeting at two instead. So I played tetris for a bit. You should check out the site it's kinda addictive. I'll post a link once I've finished my story.

Anywho so I got to about 13:20 and I went to talk to my other friend who was at her mum's salon down the road. I talked to her until I got the bus.

There were two chav's sitting behind me and they were talking loudly and sometimes about me. It was quite flattering but still scary. Anyway, you know when you get on a bus and there's always that one beautiful teenage girl that's sitting by the window texting or looking out or something and you look at them and think wow. Yeah? Well I realized on that bus I would of been that girl so it made me smile :). Anyway, then I got to town and after meandering around a shop by the bus station for a bit I met my friends and we went shopping.

I brought:

- A black jacket.
- My Chemical Romance - The Black Parade (£4 in sale)
- My Chemical Romance - Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge (£4 in sale)
- Maybelline Dream Matt Powder
- Collection 2000 Magic Length Mascara
- Miss Sporty Eye Pencil 001
- Maybelline 605 beige nude/ naked beige eyeshadow
- Collection 2000 05 gold digger eyeshadow
- Kerrang

I think that's it. :/. But still that will last me, considering I've got some old stuff left, for about half a year at least if not a year. So WOOH!

Anyway I am planning on taking full advantage of the CD sale in HMV because I am trying to build up my collection as I realized on my phone I have a lot of music but my actual CD collection is quite pathetic.

That's all for now. I promised that tetris link so....

TETRIS

Have fun tetrising.

Cheerie Bye Bye.

The Mother Of All Fiascos!

Ahh dear. These last few days I have had the fiasco to rival all fiascoes. Yes my friends I have no problem saying this as it is completely and utterly true.

Those of you who know me personally will know that when I was younger I had blond hair and about a year ago now I dyed it black. Ah interesting, your saying, but what the hell does this have to do with me? Well I'll tell you.

The other day I decided it was about time I sorted out my roots again because they were showing. So my friend Jess and I went to town and while we were there we brought some dye. Now somehow she convinced me to go blond again. Seeing the problem yet?

Well anyway we got this dye and my mother and father were out supposedly until about seven. So we decided to do it. We put it all on as normal except we ran out half way through. Problem 1. Easily solved though and Jess ran to the shop by my house and brought some more. So we finished this and waited. Obviously then we washed it off. My hair had bright white blonder roots about four inches each and then it was a dark ginger. Problem 2. And let me tell you, it was a big problem. It had patches of brown and black and bright orange, I looked like A canvas with paint splashed randomly on. Terrible. When I looked at it I almost fainted. "YOUR MOTHER CAN NOT SEE THIS!, SHE'LL KILL ME!" Jess said. So she called her mother, explained the situation and asked if I could spend the night at her house. Her mum is pretty cool so she agreed and we decided to pack up and leave. It was about 5:30 so we thought we had bags of time before my parents came home. Well, I called my mother and asked her if I could stay at Jess's and she said yes. Then I asked when they would be home. "Well," she said, "Your dad's just paying for something but we're in town we'll be home in 5 minuets." "Oh, we'll be gone." I said quickly. Problem 3.

I ran into the bedroom where Jess was collecting her stuff and said Jess they're coming home. She replied I know. "No." I said, "You don't understand they're coming home now!" My eyes were so wide I thought my eyeballs would pop out. "Oh my god!" Jess said and we started throwing pj's and stuff into her bag. She threw a hoodie at me and I pulled it on and put the hood up. Then we ran into the bathroom and rinsed out the tub and legged it down the stairs. I mean really I actually fell into the front door I was hurtling down them so fast. We pulled our shoes on and ran outside. They're were some people walking home from school (I'm on holidays and this Jess is home schooled) and they said to me "It's not raining you know." Trying to be mean but I ignored them because Jess and I were laughing so hard.

We then walked to Sainsbury's and brought another dye. Her mother picked us up, we went to hers had dinner and then dyed it again. Unfortunately we only had enough for half of it. Problem 4. So we let it set and washed it out. Then in the morning Jess's mother went to Tesco's and brought some more before dropping Jess and I off at my house. My parents were out again so we dyed the rest. I now have a light ginger shock of hair. I called my mum and told her about it and actually she likes it. PHEW!

I went to the shop to get some milk for my mother and one of my other friends saw me and screamed. It is a bit of a big change.

But just to make things more annoying, Jess was meant to meet her boyfriend Matt from college and she missed the bus. Problem 5. So they talked on the phone and in the middle of their deciding where to meet the phone cut out and she called me and asked what to do. I said to come back to my house and he'd probably work out to meet her here. He did and then when he turned up I realized they were going to miss the bus to Jess's house so they had to run off again. I presume they got home okay because they haven't come back :).

So as you can see I've had a hectic few days. I'll post a picture of my new hair so people can tell me what they think.

God I think I've had enough excitement for a good few days.

When I get the others off Jess from the other day I'll put those up too you have to see them.

At least I got a nice top though, it looks like I'm wearing a blue cardie over a gray top held up by your bust but I'm not, it's cool but not very warm.

Like I said tell me what you think. :)

Argh..

Argh...

So today I was off school again because of my hip. It's suckish I know. Anyway...

I have done absoloutly nothing so I might do something soon, like have a shower, because I feel like it and normal people shower, because it's not nice to be dirty.

Anywhoo....I have nothing to look forward too except on Halloween my peoples are staying at my house so we can wath scary movies and freak ourselves out :).

Apart from that I have done nothing. Although I have to ask do you people know how cold it is?

I mean seriously I know England is cold but this is becoming stupid I mean...my mother asked me to get some fresh air so Iopend a window and it was like freezing so I closed it I was like pffttt....no way. It's freezing, and it wouldn't be so bad if we had like snow later on but we don't. We get no snow because we is beside the sea. And I know you're all thinking that sucks right?

I got Kerrang the other day and although there was some REALLY good stuff in there, I was very dissapointed. Because there were no posters and that is suckish... Because my room has a serious lack of posters. I must get Kerrang next week too.

Hummm....I wonder what day it comes out. I usually just get it on a sunday...must find that out.

So at the moment I'm watching Wrestling which I know some people are like, err... but I like it so MEH! I shall defend the wrestling to the ends of the earth.

Anyhow...Imma go and watch it. Because it deserves my full attention.. :P.

Random Thinkings :).

Well I just went to my friends house and we were discussing music and stuff. It got me thinking.

1. Why do people laugh at things that really aren't that funny?

You see she spilt water but not on herself and yet she thought it was on herself so she was getting all in a tizz for a while and I started laughing but the situation really wasn't funny at all so what the hell was I laughing for? See now I couldn't tell you. She couldn't tell you infact I don't think even the fly on the wall could tell you. So why was I laughing. I have no idea. But I couldn't stop and I laughed so much it hurt. So you see...I spent a good five minuets of my life wasting my time laughing. Yet I doubt it was wasting it because I was happy...Argh...I confuzzle myself.

2. Why do people hate, say they hate or otherwise dislike the people married to idols that they have a slight crush on?

I have no idea. And it's not from lack of knowledge or experience because trust me I've been there done that got the t-shirt and thrown it away. I think surely if people love their idols as much as they say they do they wouldn't want to steal them away from people they love and are happy with. It's completly fickle, disliking someone for no other reason than they are in love with someone you like but have no chance with. It's stupid. That of course got us on to the topic of what would you do if they walked into the room. Well we were thinking about it and I think that I would be rather surprised to be honest. No one ever says that though. They don't think to question good things.

3. What gives people the right to judge?

People sit around and mope or do absolutely nothing of importance when they need to get something done. It's because they're lazy. It's human nature but yet I can't agree with it. I am one of the laziest people on the earth but yet I cant get motivated no matter how much I try. And I know people who sit around and do nothing but pass judgments on celebrities. How unfair is that. These people have actually done something with their life and you who have done nothing are sitting around judging them. They bring enjoyment to people and you sit and moan about how much money they have. If you want money get out there and do something. Also you moan about the bad examples they set. Now these people sure as hell didn't ask to be role models. It's not their fault the papers publish all of this about them. So why are we blaming them. Blame the damn papers . Their setting the bad example. I mean think about it. Really. There are people out there doing a lot worse things but we don't judge them because what, they're not famous. How bloody hypocritical. I mean you have a right to dislike them but geez.

4. Why are people fake?

We were having a discussion about someone we know and how fake she is. Now I know this is not a very nice thing to do but anyway...we discussed how people first are one thing then they try to be another then another and so on. Why do they do it? If your not being yourself then you aren't really liked. The person that is liked is the person you are pretending to be. And when people find out you're fake they don't like either of you. I mean if for example you tell me you like Escape The Fate and I ask what your favorite song is and you say you like them all and I say if you had to pick. A real fan could list most every song and why or why not they like it but still come up with no answer. Or they could simply say an answer. However a fake fan would say they couldn't pick and then not be able to expand on that. So they obviously don't like the music. Is popularity really that important that they have to lie to feel accepted?

These were just a few thoughts I had while laughing about silly things.

Question of the day - Are we living in a stable and well rounded society? Or Are we living in a world of liars, fakes, hypocrites and those who are just plain mean?

Well peace out people :).
